Given what family courts do, and how I don't trust their judgements in the slightest, I figure about 50% of the "non-custodial" parents who took their kids may have done the right thing. It's a sad situation however you slice it. The divorce system puts everybody in awful and conflicting positions.

Kidnapped children are a whole different category, and it's wonderful they're gong to be able to be reunited with those who love and miss them. Good job!

I’m from memphis and I know what she says makes you think of some kidnapping or trafficking situation. I can guarantee you they were runaways that were committing crimes with other juveniles like a roving gang. The juveniles are creating victims of robbery, carjacking, theft from cars, and shoplifting. That is Memphis.

Custodial missing children as much as people like to say it are not usually at risk. They may miss their mom but tje court giving all the time to moms as it seems to be lazily inclined to do also means the child misses their dad. I amnaged tosntay married 40 years now. 4 kids amd 14 grand kids. Ive had a family member falsely accused go through a year long investigation and be seperated from his kids the entire time. In the end he actually won and her lies were exposed. But the court didnt do a damn thing to her for lying. That means the courts are corrupt. The system is about a far from just as it could go. Im glad tjey got these kids back but the cusodial ones dont do much for me.
