yes, I have used 3 brands and the one I presently use is one for horses but is exactly the same lights as ones certified for humans, and I like the price compared to some others.

careful with the eyes, red light is bright. Once I had the flu and could not sleep, zonked myself out with the lights on my forehead.
when stressed, I do 10 min. to 15 min. behind my head, and then fall asleep with it on my chest (it turns itself off after 15 minutes)

UVB, I’ve used a little, but stopped using it. I believe that when the body has proper nutrition and is in health, that after using redlight therapy or getting first early morning light before the UVB rays get strong, that after this, then UVB rays from the-sun or from the lamps are beneficial. a self taught nutritionist Dr. Bob Marshall of Quantum Nutrition taught about the necessity of the body getting enough proper nutrition
