I’ve noticed a lot of the “new wave” first generation foreign politicians we have were born on or around 1986-1991. There’s something going on around the time of these two acts.

Eliminates the requirements that an alien file a declaration of intending to become a citizen in order to file an anti-discrimination complaint.
