The Trump Team is going to totally remove and replace Obama care, but after the midterms. So a short extension is needed, but none to the illegals.

Time to put this puppy to rest. Insurance subsidies guarantee a perpetual progression of health care costs....just like college tuitions with federally guaranteed student loans.
Both education and healthcare have become proxies for enslaving the middle class.
Voter ID and a new Census and Apportionment based on US citizenship, in exchange, I think would be a good compromise.
I highly doubt that'll ever happen as the dims would never win another election if that became a reality.
