There's a possibility that Candace is doing EXACTLY what she's supposed to be doing with all this right now... Kicking up dust and generating fog in the ongoing war.
Revelations are premature according to the "gears synchronizing the Plan"... and she's giving those paying attention to conspiracy something to do while they're doing nothing.
It's possible...We really don't know if she's part of the IC in some way, playing her role. She could have been "off" recalibrating strategy. We just don't know.
