Speaking of Balls. They're "excavating" next to the Rose Garden to Build the "Ball" Room. Rozier and Billsup were implicated in the sports betting. There's quite a few names adjacent to Rod Rosenstein [RR] in the drops, and not just people. NYT is [RR] adjacent.

Perhaps they're working through the list.
