Many years ago. Without say who, I saw a team drop eight 3rd down balls right in their hands. Later in the season when a pro scout was in attendance, The same guys were plucking everything outta the air no matter if behind, low or if they had to jump or dive.
Paying the players won't work. Someone will think they deserve more and ..... or be pissed at .... and do ....
