Via a contract, I imagine, because of the sum involved: or maybe have any transactions already been banked - that is, anyone tracking offshore accounts of these suddenly exercising-their-democratic-right to 'get-Trump' and taking the family for a sudden happy early holiday 'senators'? Might be an interesting data collection time, given there is a list.
