I don't think it is. States don't have to enforce federal laws. For example, weed is still illegal on a federal level, but many states have chosen to remove the laws from their books and make it legal. We really need to be careful here. Giving the federal government more power is how we got into this mess. We need to be on the side of respecting state's rights so that we can get back to running this country the way it was designed to be. The Deep State is entrenched in the federal apparatus. Giving them more power just plays right into their hands, it is a very devious plan. What is going to happen if we hand all this power over to the feds, and the Democrats take the federal government over?
