Supposing the child is homeschooled and younger than highschool age. The only thing they could be missing is interacting with large numbers of people in their age group. And that in most cases can be compensated for by clubs and various extracurriculars parents can enroll the kids in if homeschooling. If Highschool Age they can miss some networking opportunities that come with events and some specialty classes schools hold. Though again I’m sure that could be compensated for. I just wouldn’t be sure how to go about it.
If the kid is in a private school. Then they aren’t really missing anything. If anything they’re receiving a better quality education and networking opportunities when compared to public school students.
Homeschooling often involves co-ops that have sports and music as well as classes by subject. The only thing they miss out on is disruptive behavior and bullying.

It would be utterly insufferable to attend a college class nowadays with the sky screaming and general lunatic behavior toward POTUS.

Without public schooling I would have missed learning that eating glue was a real thing.
NO. But please consider enrolling your children in Cotillion. They will be head and shoulders above public school children.
