I went over to scored to see if I could figure out what was going on. I seriously doubt that they're blocking it because it resembles a slur, because there are accounts up over there with that slur in the title of the account....
Is it possible that there's just nothing up over there about Nigeria? That it's not that you're being blocked, but that there's just nothing to fetch from that search?
Nigeria, Nigerian, and Nigerians aren't slurs. So unless you're misspelling them, it's not being blocked for slurs.
