This was from about 2020 when some anons set up free wireless hotspots around portland when antifa were starting to get uglier. And from these, collected names of all the local university professors, local council members, teachers, and 'community organisers' and their peer to peer associations with antifa members. Who were the most connected and influential amongst their criminal peers, essentially.
It was definitely covered here and on t.d, if you search for 'antifa portland wireless map' you will find some references still up and available.
