When we came back outside, he was still there, as if he was going to be there all day. Makes me wonder if something's up.

I've been in places where they broadcast the Muslim Prayer over loudspeakers and it gives me the willies.
Why do they tolerate that where you live?
The Muslims claim it's taking away their "right to pursue their religion" or something like that. Only if those calls are above some decibel level could it be prevented, which may have been why it stopped where I used to live.
