Easier Temperature control. Which is especially important for Quantum computing. Less interference from people who’ve skimmed an article online and suddenly believe they’re environmental experts. Easier to control access to the systems. Not to mention reduced risk of environmental factors or disaster causing problems. As potential sources drop to a comparative handful from hundreds.
