In reality we are already living in a digital ID. My children were given numbers (Ssn's) within minutes of being born 40 yrs ago. So every natural born citizen should already have a digital ID. Problem is some folks decided to break the law and issue ID numbers to illegals. Those are the folks who need to go out with the illegals. Mayorkas is at the top of the list.
