as the time goes by the inevitable seems more and more apparent. not a downer. this is a positive thing. see the deceiver will want to devour with deception but the more people who wake up only steers us to the inevitable* open war in the USA. These states all have good people, sure. They are controlled by Boses and Under Bosses. These Bosses and Under Bosses are a mixture of evil, but none of them can see a world where they are not the most powerful. That is the issue with evil people that have any sort of power. They crave more, never content.

Each of these states have an under Boss and it is not an elected Boss. I don't even think the elected Boss is the Boss.
