Things were much tighter than 2 years ago in a relatively blue (borderline purple state):
-ID was scanned at check in -review of ballot available before submission -printout of ballot -printed ballot scanned into machine
I view this as positive and would love to hear other experiences relative to 2 years ago
Noice! Let’s hope you have a Republican Governor declared the end of tonight.
Of course they'll scan IDs when the people who aren't supposed to vote have IDs given to them.
fair point
Here in central Jersey - it was the same as usual. No ID. Just had to sign in.
I suspect as much. My county tends to lean blue so I'm curious as to why the changes weren't statewide
They didn't ask for or scan my ID.
