as a local here, I see people in fagbook and on the streets everyday... they're very much slave of the system, very much asleep.. WE may deserve the best government, the best system, an honest system, but do THEY deserve it? And how would they act in an ideal society that WE longed for? Would they automatically change, assimilate, get along? I doubt it.. maybe they're holding us back in class, but I believe God has a plan. I also believe white hats have something up their sleeves..perhaps we need to step back right now and just enjoy the show and have some faith. Or take a break and work on ourselves in the meantime.
Stepping back at times to take a break is good and useful. Sometimes we need to refocus our attention and not lose the big picture after we have been on the battlefront for so long. Stepping back for a season helps us to refocus on fixing ourselves and our relationship with God. Then we will have the strength and wisdom to return and engage with the enemy. All soldiers need a little R&R once in awhile. So take a break fren if you feel you should.
God's plan is the only way this ends well. Until then, we will continue to see evil running amuck in the world. Evil is what does. Sometimes the evil seems to get the upper hand, while at other times we have that hand - moves and countermoves. But we know the end of the story and evil is defeated once and forever. In the meantime, we push on to bring about the coming of Messiah and the Kingdom that He will bring with Him - the Kingdom that once and for all establishes true justice and righteousness in the world.
He told us we would have tribulations in this world until that day. We battle against the god of this age, against evil. That is the plan and the reality of this life until God says ENOUGH and intervenes. I trust that plan and stake my life on it. I don't know what tomorrow brings, but I know that He does. He is faithful and true. Right now it seems like God is separating the wheat from the tares. It is painfully obvious to us on a daily basis. But have faith in God alone fren. It will all turn out for the good for those who love God and are called according to His purposes.
I would love to take a break from it but that’s impossible when life is on hold until this bullshit ends already. I have no idea what the future holds so I can not make any decisions about anything that allows me to move forward with my life.
You sound like someone who already lives someplace where you're insulated from this bullshit not having to focus on escaping your home as the foundations are being dug out from beneath you.
Those people that stuff happened to them like tsunami and earthquakes, they also did not know the future. Just live in gratitude. Moving forward is about taking a risk. Pray and ask your Holy Spirit to guide you in the right direction.

Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”
As I already stated, this BS is going to continue until God changes things. Until then, we may have short periods of respite here and there, but those periods will always be temporary. I too am looking to have one of those periods of respite - at least for awhile. But I also know it will not be permanent - nothing is except our Creator.
God said every inclination of the thoughts of man's heart was altogether evil all the time. When man is in the driver's seat apart from His Creator, the end result will always be the same. Evil will not be eradicated by man. Only God can thoroughly subdue evil. Until then, that evil is part of our reality. Our job is to fight back against that evil placed here in order to challenge us and bring us closer to God. He is in control and nothing happens in this world that is beyond His reach. That is the bigger picture. Our Master told us to occupy until He comes and that there would be difficulties.
We should not put our life on hold to wait for some imagined world designed by man. We cannot stop moving forward while waiting for something that may or not be. Life is too short. We still move ahead with the life we have been given and try to make things better, while at the same time, having a hopeful anticipation for a future reality made by God that is our ultimate destination.
I know this is probably not what you want to hear. But I also have to remind myself every day of this reality. It is too easy to become absorbed with worldly events that can cause us to become paralyzed - afraid to go one direction or the other - so we end up doing nothing. Do what you can with the hand you have been dealt and continue to move forward within the operational space your situation allows. That is all we can really do. Good luck.
the masses of the U.S. will never deserve saving. they deserve what NYC is going to get. imo. reminds me of 1776, only 25% actively supported the revolution, and 25% were loyalists with shifting over time. the other half could couldn't understand Or just didn't care. i will always Trust Trump and his/the plan.
