well, as the vid said there is a legal and illegal way to do it. not an expert on pac law but that sounds about right. they might try the illegal way if they can get away with it and they need to do so. otherwise the title sounds like clickbait and they might just use some legal way to change campaigns (which it wouldn't surprise me if the right does regularly)
