well, as the vid said there is a legal and illegal way to do it. not an expert on pac law but that sounds about right. they might try the illegal way if they can get away with it and they need to do so. otherwise the title sounds like clickbait and they might just use some legal way to change campaigns (which it wouldn't surprise me if the right does regularly)
I mean not whether it's legal that he does it or not, what I mean is is newsome currently doing this or is this something that they're just talking about could hypothetically happen.
The title makes it sound like this is what he is doing right now whereas the video seemed like it was something that he could hypothetically do
But is he actually doing it or is it that he just can do it
