IT'S a damn good thing that I am allergic to wheat (of any kind) AND when I found that out went to a "clean" diet...have not been "really" sick in over 25 years...
My philosophy is: "listen to your body" AND do research. Most doctors have NOT have enough training in the "natural" healing properties of the body. AND they get a kick-back from the pharma companies or some monetary thang!!!!!!
