Folic acid. Trump said Tylenol is bad, with no qualifiers. MTHFR gene mutation. Now learn why the USA is so sick as a nation.

This podcast is amazing. I am telling everyone I know to watch it. This is a dig by a nurse and she brings the goods. Spread it far and wide!!

Start at the 26:45 minute mark
MTHFR? Thought it was SMS code for Motherf*ker.
Methylforate
No, Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase
A TLDR won’t do it any justice. I promise you, it is worth the time spent to listen. Trump told us Tylenol is bad for a reason and BB got curious. The MTHFR genetic mutation that many of us carry. They pushed folic acid into all of our food and it blocks the natural methylation of folates. Our livers cannot get rid of the toxins and we get sick.
TLDR: You have to actually take Methylfolate instead of un-methylated Folic acid if you have one or more MTHFR genes. Most high quality multivitamins have Methylfolate instead of Folate now. Just make sure you dont eat "enriched" food products. BTW, I did not watch the video yet, I just happen to be an expert on the subject already.
OK I'm a bit confused. If someone has autism, it's most likely due to them taking Tylenol at a very young age to treat fevers or whatever. So to treat autism, they should be taking folic acid, while avoiding taking Tylenol?
If you have the MTHFR gene (also how do one go around to find out if they have it or not?), you shouldn't be taking folic acid, but instead, you should be taking Methyfolate instead?
If I'm correct with this, then if someone has autism and have at least one MTHFR gene, how do they go around to treat this?
And you said, "enriched" food products, do you mean pre-packaged food that says they're enriched in vitamins, like orange juice enriched with Vitamin C? If so, to avoid this, we should be consuming organic food instead?
You need specialized iron and b vitamins that your body can absorb
Just here to warn people about NOT taking iron supplements without having a measured deficiency!!!
If you have sufficient iron in your blood there are zero benefits to iron supplementation and if you try to increase it death is just one of the symptoms and if you don't die the symptoms are still rather horrendous... (Liver: Fibrosis → cirrhosis → liver failure or cancer. Heart: Cardiomyopathy → heart failure, arrhythmias. Pancreas: Diabetes ("bronze diabetes"). Joints: Arthropathy (pain, stiffness). Pituitary/Thyroid: Hormonal imbalances (hypogonadism, hypothyroidism))
Swanson has an really good B-supplement though, it has all the good versions and none of the bad stuff.
Thank you. I didn’t even think to add that. You’re absolutely correct Iron is typically what kills children when they eat vitamins thinking they are candy. In our case I discovered more about the MHTHR gene because of anemia and difficulty treating it in our child. Thank you for adding the warning. Good illustration of why you have to be careful with internet discussions.Even if the information is good tired brains or distracted people can forget key elements or important caveats. Iron is not joke and can be deadly. Cooper too BTW
This is why I love our community!

In the video they were saying folic acid blocks your bodies ability to convert (metholate) & use Folate.
Any "enriched" or "fortified" foods will have folic acid, which is about 30-60% of the population can covert at all. They say this has been known since the 80s (or the gene has been known).
Seems autism is likely caused by toxin overload & a lack of methelated folate that the brain can use (I may be reading between the lines with that).
Essentially in 1998 FDA forced poison in all our foods (didn't say if this was intentional, or a all roads to Hell are paved with good intentions mindset). Years of toxic buildup of Folic Acid (blocks receptors to absorb & covert folate to a methyl folate in our bodies), and then toss heavy metals & other toxins from vaccines into that mix, with Tylenol hitting the liver hard (ie cannot cleanse the other crap we are already overloaded on with Tylenol taking up lots of liver function), it is just a recipe for serious side effects like Autism.
u/PandaMoon17 you said you have been looking at this/are an expert on this subject. Where am I misunderstanding it? I don't want to lead our deaf MAGA pede fren astray with me reading too much between the lines.
That would explain why the elimination diet helps autistic kids so much
Yep. If you have a genetic mutation that can only methylate 30% of the folic acid, then maybe just ridding the body of excess folic acid will allow the current overload to eventually be methylated & you can be cleaned up.
u/Deaf_MAGA_Pede there was also a book suggested, Dirty Genes by Dr Ben Lynch that discusses much of what was talked about in the video. I am picking it up soon to see what else I should be aware of.
Also methylcobalamin b12 is better absorbed than other forms of b12.
That is true in one sense. B12 is a little bit more complicated than Folate.
How do we get rid of it? Is that part of the video?
Eat clean. Nothing that is not organic. Zeolyte to help remove heavy metals. Yes, near the end they have suggestions that can help you.
And never take Tylenol!
Even organic foods pre made foods have folic acid.
Thanks.
Doesn’t cilantro release the metals from deeper in the tissue and the zeolite mood it up? Do you know more I can’t recall and tech issues prevent me from looking currently
I'm just reading this...have not seen the video, yet.
Most females of child bearing age are given folic acid pills by their doctor, if they are thinking of getting pregnant.
Now I'm wondering why this is done?
Because it's supposed to reduce cases of spina bifida
Because they are evil. Not the doctors, they're just tools, but the ones who control the doctors.
It's unbelievable what humanity has had to endure from all the evil all around us.
I was told I was low in Folic Acid for one of mine.

Quick search led me to what they tell us atm. Can anyone give opinion on this article?
4 minute intro good lord
Use link just posted to start at 26:45

Never mind. That was you that did 😂
lol. It's worth watching the intro, once, but woe is yee who regularly watches her show with the dagum intro
Three hour video. That's too many hours for me.
Gonna need a tldr. Is there a summarizer app for rumble?
Transcript here: https://files.catbox.moe/obzl25.txt
If using transcript, start at 1587 timestamp.
How did you get that for rumble?
had to use AI to write a python script that uses yt_dlp to download the video/audio and then pipe it into whisperx for transcription.
We have the best nerds don't we folks!?!?
That's exactly how I would have done it.

I’ve been looking for something like this. There’s a few videos on YouTube I wanted to transcribe thank you.
Bear in mind you can also watch it at 1.5 or 2x speed.
It’s kinda like speed reading, just takes practice. I can manage 1.25 but 1.5 takes some work…
Absolutely. I watch most YT videos at 1.5 and normally works just fine. Depending on the narration, sometimes will bump it up to 1.75 or even 2.0
Do you have any health problems? If yes, you want to watch starting at 26:45 and see if it is worth your while once you get the introduction. I plan to get genetic testing and blood work done after listening and I am healthy. Or at least I think I am.
I avoided it for the same reason. But I'm glad I finally listened, starting at 26:00. It pulls together some diverse info threads to show how government, agricorp and the medical industrial machine all work together to poison omnipresent and near-unavoidable foods while simultaneously clogging our body's filtering systems that would normally protect us by removing those same poisons. The way they weave it together is easy to follow, and covers more than I expected.
Features an excellent breakdown of Trump's "Tylenol bad" presser, a good layman's explanation of methylation, and a lot of studies about the mthfr gene. (I personally think the emphasis on mthfr is misplaced, but the info isn't bad, just extra time. I'm sure others value that part highly, but not me.) Also has emphasis on folic acid vs methylated folate, folic acid being the FDA-mandated iron supplementation that pervades all grains and a primary poison, though not the only one.
What I already learned is that If you use tylenol you need to take folate. The way tylenol interferes with the body using folic acid is why it contributes to autism. I will see if that info is expanded upon in this post.
You also should take NAC to replenish glutathione, which tylenol depletes
Where did you learn this? That’s interesting if it’s true.
What I know about it- you can discover if you have the gene mutations with gene testing. Most AMA doctors we have encountered are very dismissive unfortunately so it can be difficult unless you pay out of pocket. You can order vitamins specifically for MTHFR and with iron it is especially important. I am so glad this is finally being spotlighted. I willl upload more information here when I can. I am not an expert by any means but it was something I stumbled across when looking for answers and I have some links that I will check out since they are a few years old before I post them. Adding as recommended a warning- IRON can be deadly if you over supplement if you don’t have anemia avoid supplements it is WAY too easy to mess that one up. Copper too can become deadly quickly. Remember if it is stored in the body not flushed out use EXTREME caution with supplements
Yes, if you aren’t aware of mthfr by now you are behind the power curve. Folic acid is synthetic and half of us can’t methylate it properly. It is essentially microdosing poison. When you go to the grocery store, looke at all the pasta products and rice products that have “enriched” on packaging. Enriched means the presence of folic acid; beware
Like 30% of us have this mutation
If you watch no other video today, watch this one. It's mindblowing. 🤯
They teased it on R&F where she guested. We have the best turncoat nurses, don’t we, folks!
… who wants to bet that the MTHFR gene isn’t either related to a group of people with ties to the Bible, or some incident that occurred in the Bible?
Its in most breads and pasta brands
IT'S a damn good thing that I am allergic to wheat (of any kind) AND when I found that out went to a "clean" diet...have not been "really" sick in over 25 years...
My philosophy is: "listen to your body" AND do research. Most doctors have NOT have enough training in the "natural" healing properties of the body. AND they get a kick-back from the pharma companies or some monetary thang!!!!!!
Is it just Tylenol brand or all generics that have the same ingredients?
I believe it is all acetaminophen. Trump even said acetaminophen once.
I'm intrigued. But seriously, y'all ain't horses. --CDC
Methylfolate. Yeah, I've been taking it for a while now. Don't eat any enriched foods in this country. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!! (Sorry to talk bad about our countries processed foods but they are required to inject that poisonous version of folate into them.)
I know a researcher, looks like some are gearing up to mass produce the right kind of folate. YOU WILL KNOW BECAUSE IT HAS TO BE REFRIGERATED. it's great that RFKj opened up this can of worms
BTW IMPORTANT!! Methylfolate & the bad folate compete. In other words taking Methylfolate will not protect you if you just ate processed foods with the bad folate! You need to know this. The body doesn't distinguish between the 2 types of folate. It gets the folate it needs from whatever you ate. It's like if you just ate arsenic you're not going to get better by just having some nice Chicken soup.
Grind your own flour & make your own bread. They put the bad folate in 'enriched' flour so watch out
Ty fren. I have that MYHFR
This is fantastic information. Great post.
Thank you so much horseyPatriot! I learned so much listening to this & will be getting a copy of Dirty Genes to learn even more.
They came to a similar conclusion that I have been considering for a while. Multiple years of micro toxins, with toxins in vaccines and then Tylenol (I might suggest anything that hits the liver hard) on top of can make for a crazy storm in our bodies.
That MTHFR gene is something I had never heard of. Thank you again.

i just watched her on a Rambo show. she has a lot to say. thx for this link
I posted this the other day, great stuff. In the meantime I've bought the book and started reading it. No idea if I have this MFer gene thing, but the video and starting the book seems to scream I do. Here's a link to the book and dude's website.
