While many bought the story that they didn't have WMDs....those of us that were there under special circumstances knew different.
Even now, the sheeple believe what they want.
I still remember this like it was yesterday. Saw a reporter chase Hans Blicht(?sp?) and ask about WMD. His reply was, (roughly), "They're there, me and my whole team know they're there. But they aren't on the street corners in Bagdad.
Fast forward until the war was completely OVER, we get into a scrape with some Russian soldiers, and, low & behold, we find out that the main highway from Bagdad into Syria is not secure. (And if MSC, Syria was later determined to use WMD on its own citizens!)
Gonna' take some BIG sauce to ever convince the WMD didn't exist.
Yup. I recall reports of US and Polish troops finding such caches...and seeing government officials--who generally ignored the subject--dismissing the finds as "not usable".
The fact that "buried underneath a barn" isn't a great way to store mustard gas shells, the fact is that we DID find WMDs.
I find it extremely difficult to believe Iraq had, and has, ZERO weapons of mass destruction. Look at all the countries that do have some. Why would Iraq be the goody two-shoes with none?
Actually, the Iraq 🇮🇶 war during the Bush years was a weapon of mass distraction.

But did they find the tomb of Gilgamesh?
I assume that if investigated, the CIA fabricated this information just like the did the Russia, Russia, Russia male bovine digested hay!
