No, because they won't have it anymore. The CCP themselves wasn't making & shipping it - they were enabling Chinese criminal orgs to do it because they knew it hurt US.

The point of this post is that Trump has leveraged China to make it illegal for their criminal orgs to continue production. It may not cut off the supply entirely but the valve is mostly shut.
