United States Senator John Fetterman revealed that he has returned from the hospital after a fall that caused him to require 20 stitches in his face.

Actually the stiches, yes, as knowing the medical profession they charge by the stitch.

Actually it is by the length of the wound, and whether it was deep or not requiring layered stitches. In some cases they just use skin staples.
