This is what I thought first also. POTUS is the head of the U.S Military Period. These senators just told the troops to disobey their chain of command. Thats treason but now that I think about it treason has happened a lot.
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH YEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THOSE senators should be sittin' down and the riot act read to them and then put before a federal judge..then watch the fun begin!!!!!
Ill have to listen to it again, but they only did that in a veiled way.
Yes, they need convicted and hung. But IIRC technically they did not cross the line of saying to disobey CIC, they said to only obey lawful orders, and not to obey unlawful orders. Trump did the same thing recently not in so many words by reminding everyone of their oaths.
Did they come close to the line? Uh, yeah, of course, right to it. Did they cross it from a legal standpoint, where they could be tried? . . . . . . Maybe?
Disgusting as they are, free speech and all that. Intent and veiled threat, sure. Legally prosacutorial? ... maybe? Doubtful? If they themselves were military? Uh, firing squad time.
Could he also be talking about the Senators that encouraged military members to disobey the CIC?
That's how I took it, Angel. They were definitely promoting seditious acts.
what you said
