The GLP-1 shills are working overtime. All my feeds have ads or influencers selling this stuff- simultaneously- obviously a coordinated effort and immediately sus. I’m staying away for now. Why not just fast and drop carb count?
Some of it's good, but it'd be better if the reduction in sugar/carb comsumption was organic/"unassisted" rather than fueled by a surge in prescriptions of Big Pharma's GLP-1 "medication"

True! I have listened to a couple non-AMA doctors speeches that also have reservations about GLP-1's.

Eat ruffage to feel full. Carrots, broccoli, lettuce, what have you. Concentrate meals and snacks as protein. Boiled eggs, meat sticks, etc.
Cheaper than even Trumps cheaper GLP medicine and you'll lose weight.
