Note the date of Miller thanking Pence 23DEC2020. Why would Pence work with SecDef Miller in 2020 and "play his role" on 06JAN2021 if he was sabotaging Trump's NSC advisor Flynn in 2017 and attempting to use the 25th Amendment on Trump in 2018 (allegedly with Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House)? Most likely answer: The "Mike Pence" of 2016-2019 is NOT the "Mike Pence" of 2019-present. He was replaced.
Better to "replace" than remove and have to deal with yet another infiltrator. "Ford play" avoided where one VP setup and removed, but then replaced with someone in on the Watergate scheme to remove Nixon and throw the election intentionally. Pence still got to "throw the election", optically, but clearly under different terms than President Ford (no challenge to fraud initiated by swine flu in 1976); or as a President Pence.
Speaker of House does not resign unless caught doing something very, very bad (by military intel). An attempted coup (using 25A) with VP Pence would qualify. Ryan was likely Bush-controlled along with Pence placed as "backups" to sabotage Trump from within.
Sometime between Las Vegas (01OCT2017, attempted assassination of Trump/MBS) and 11APR2018, Paul Ryan got caught doing something that forced him out.
