This law gives people another reason to sue because they are aware their hair is a bit unusual or their natural hair is unkept, and they did not get the job while ignoring the fact they may not be the best candidate or best qualified.

And by the way, instead of pushing protecting against discrimination of any kind (which is already protected by the way!), they make a law for a specific hair style which only a small sect of the population will have.

Ridiculous, people looking for a job should present themselves in the best possible way. If you need a haircut, if your hair is unkempt, dirty, weird color or whatever, you may not get the job. Do yourself a favor and consider these facts. Just because Shapiro signed some crazy law to try to win votes, doesn’t mean you should let your hair be outside what is considered professional looking hair cut.
