Well you wouldn't unless you were one of the 250+ candidates that was turned away for the job. Multiply that by 10,000 companies. Then multiply that by 60% still looking for work and the monthly cost of unemployment. That comes out of your tax money.

Now, in the Pacific NW, I can tell you most of the time, you cannot hire the whites. Why, they are either inordinately expensive or they don't want to work. It's strange. They would beg for changes and when you tell them you would hire them, no show.
