I'm here for it. These illegals need to be pulled from these trucks! I have a CB in my vehicle, yes a CB LOL and I hear drives non stop complain about these illegals. The problem is much much bigger than we know according to the actual drivers. I suggest getting a CB! They're cheap and load of fun to listen to.
No commercial motor vehicle driver can refuse to produce documents requested by a law enforcement or regulatory agency member.
This is a legal requirement of all holders of a CDL operating a CMV.
Drivers must present their license, registration, insurance documents, bills of lading, copies of your operating authority when asked, and failure to do so can result in penalties under federal and state regulations.
Foreign carriers operating within our borders must produce a valid passport.
Refusing a search, however, is a different matter but a driver can be detained while law enforcement secures a warrant.
If you are missing any of those documents, or if any are found to be fraudulent you will be bent over a barrel and there is nothing you can do to stop them.
When bent of the barrel though, I think a cattle prod would work wonders and these camel jackasses will never return...Grew up in TEXAS and those damn thangs hurt, I tell ya'!!!!!
Why are we letting ANY foreigners into our trucking industry at all? America First! We need an amendment that says no immigration when US unemployment is above zero.
Now do New Jersey and Pennsylvania!!
I believe it will be coming.
I heard ICE is all over NY right now and they will grab many and then if the person is legal, let go. What I am hearing from boot on the ground
Every can hauler will be arrested. Ports will close down.
I love it.

I donโt believe you have the same rights to refuse searches when driving a commercial vehicle for commercial purposes, do you?
GPTโs answer:
The key distinction:
Private motorists:
-Full Fourth Amendment protections
-Police need consent or probable cause for most searches
Commercial truck drivers:
-Still protected by the Fourth Amendment
-BUT subject to warrantless administrative inspections because of federal trucking regulations
-Cannot refuse DOT/FMCSA inspections
-Cargo searches require higher justification
-Personal/โhome-likeโ items still protected
When bent of the barrel though, I think a cattle prod would work wonders and these camel jackasses will never return...Grew up in TEXAS and those damn thangs hurt, I tell ya'!!!!!

The other information I already know because my neighbor is a trucker. What you mean bent over a barrel?
You'll be put out of service until you produce the required paperwork. You can't move the vehicle.
No CDL they take you in, and your shit gets impounded.
Damn right.

Won't work. Many laws none enforced.
This is what I voted for!!!
I do also.
