The Hebrews (original Jews) were widely reported by their neighbors to have an unusual tendency to have blonde hair and blue eyes.
I would not be surprised if that were the case with at least some of the tribes. Blue eyes come from a single person genetically. Given the description of Noah, my guess is that he had the original mutation.
The picture of Jesus that hung in our living room when I grew up as a child in the 1950s was the same one that everyone had that went to my Catholic church. That Jesus had blue eyes.
