As I understand it, there are documents that have to be filled out and signed through out the chain to authorize an auto pen signature. And that did not happen. So there is no proof that the auto pen signature was authorized.
I think so too! So easy to reverse—well with probably a shit Storm of law suits soon to follow but way easier since once the precedent is set all will be reversed!
Lawfare is the last card the Dems have to play. The judicial system is broken by judges who do not uphold the constitution. I would like to see them dealt with by military tribunals led by people with skin in the game protecting this country.
