So here’s one.

There’s vote suppression against non-blacks in an area. If “disenfranchisement” claims were to be made with the state, the expected response would be charges of “racism”, and likely death threats and/or attempts at murder.

What might be a good plan to take back any sort of voting authority from such a rigged system?
