I purchased an insta pot. There are many models. After purchasing, I didn't think I had the right one, since it did not have a temp setting at 108 degrees F, but the yogurt setting worked just fine. You will know you got it right if it has the texture and smells like the starter natto. You can get starter natto and soybeans at just about any oriental grocery store.
The process takes a few days. Good luck
