Having trouble educating my sister, who is 61 and has a heart murmur. She is hardheaded and stubborn as a mule. I know I saw several things about these drinks being "less than healthy" - maybe it was over on X or a FB reel. So, since this forum is for this type of research, I just thought I would try here, because We The Frens know our stuff and we keep receipts.

Which is what the plastic lining in the cans is for, to keep the aluminum from leaching out over time. Weirdly there are plenty of people in the world who are not retarded despite using aluminum cans and foil so it's probably not as big of an issue as you are making it out to be, like how plastic bottles aren't holding back people are who stronger and more athletic either.
Admittedly, i take a rather extreme "zero toxins" approach rather than the "limited toxins can be dealt with adequately by the body" approach.
I have shifted my position after investigating how even microtoxin exposure accelerates autophagy (cell death and replacement), dramatically lowering lifespans. Zero toxin environment should theoretically result in average human lifespan of 110 years min, +35 from where we are now. (US population base).
110 years… Yikes
I’ll stick with the toxins thank you 😊
