The promise of rain is God’s covenant with His people. Deuteronomy 11:14 states that God will give rain in its season—both early and late—so that the land yields its produce. Leviticus 26:4 and Deuteronomy 28:12 say that God will send rain in season, ensuring rich harvests and prosperity.
