NEW STUDY: High-Dose Vitamin C Is a Promising Anti-Cancer Agent - Global Research
Four major anti-cancer mechanisms of high-dose vitamin C — pro-oxidative tumor cytotoxicity, epigenetic reprogramming, suppression of oncogenic signaling pathways, and powerful immune activation.
Ascorbic acid is what occurs in citrus fruits. And I presume that any study like this that says high-dose vitamin C, will always be referring to ascorbic acid. I have been taking 1 gram ascorbic acid for many years with no problems and it's probably synthetically made. I'm just saying, and I'm not doubting that your form of vitamin C is not working.
Our bodies/receptors cannot tell the difference
The only difference is that ascorbic acid is concentrated, hence more acidic. I'll never understand why people think more acidic instantly means bad. Yes, bacteria need an acidic environment. So what? Humans need bacteria to survive. It's like they can't differentiate acidity in blood with acidity in the stomach.
can confirm. Best C out
Oh. Can I find it on Amazon? Do I have to put it in refrigerator or freezer?
Hey thanks.

From me:
In the mid-1940s, a prominent American doctor published an article in a popular magazine, perhaps Saturday Evening Post (I read the article in the 1970s -- in a doctors office! -- and don't remember the names of the doctor or the mag).
The article discussed his clinic's success at CURING POLIO with intravenous vitamin C, using infusions of (as I recall) 20 grams (20,000 mg) daily. Ten years later, people were STILL dying of polio, and doctors were completely ignoring vitamin C therapy for it.
I was unable to find that article with a web search, then or now. But I DID find other proof of both the efficacy of vitamin C in curing polio and other viral infections, AND of the cover-up, which (as often with vitamin C "research") involved doing studies with FAR lower dosages than the ones used in SUCCESSFUL work, and then basically saying "See, it doesn't work."
See this search page, with links and the Brave AI summary shown below:
Vitamin C has been known to cure all kind in high dose especially in the holistic circle.
When I was in the NW, loads of holistic doctors would do IV Vitamin C. My own holistic doctor asked me to take 3000mg of Vitamin C per day.
Give Linus Pauling his due. He was the pioneer in Vitamin C research.
Yes. I heard on PBS about him.
Is there a chart with the dosage / weight
I am not smart. I just throw it in and drink it. LOL
An associate at one of the big hospitals in Baltimore (main campus; Oncology) told me maybe a year ago they were dosing a patient with 100 grams of vitamin C. I kind of dismissed it momentarily until I understood they were talking about grams and not milligrams.
Dosing was by IV and there were other drugs administered simultaneously to prevent the patient’s heart from shutting down.
I asked for a follow up but they had not tracked that particular case further.
I guess the point is the big hospital oncology treatments have included vitamin C as one of the treatment medicines routinely (albeit at much lower doses) and are now at least experimenting with high dose vitamin C.
I know a woman whose husband was hospitalized during CV - late 30s/early 40s. This was the first wave, and he got pretty sick. She was actually prepping her kids for the fact that he might not make it. But she was relentless (she has a talent for pushing to get what she wants but isn't an asshole about it. Just patient and persistent.) Anyway, she was reading everything she could and advocated to try high dose Vitamin C via IV, which allowed him to finally turn the corner.
Nice.
Ascorbic acid supplements are poison.
You need vitamin C, but injecting it into your body to cure cancer is bullshit. My dad tried this shit, and died. Think what you want. You've been warned.
