If you happen upon this, would you frog please make this go far and wide so someone will notice and put these pos in jail or make sure they paid for their MISTAKES. HOWLS.
Stop sending "sternly worded letters"; this goes on until an adult follows the law and prosecutes accordingly. Unfortunately expecting the DOJ to arrest itself is magical thinking.....
So are we sitting on our hands and saying, “Don’t do that again?!” Arrest them, book them, suspend them without pay and bring them to trial when our justice system is cleaned up. Oh that may be years, you say. Well the Jan 6ers were denied due process, so these people will get a taste of what it is like.
Justice would be to step down from positions, pay fines accordingly and those who retired in the positions have to give up 75% of their positions pension… I’m being nice here too.
I thought the Hatch act was about engaging politically while on duty?
Is this really banned? I mean pretend none of these people were able to make those donations.. is the DOJ magically more impartial now? I don't know, I'd rather be able to see these donations and see what we are dealing with.
I was going to post about this. I used to be a Federal employee and contributing to a campaign was not a violation of the Hatch Act, but stating in official documents or anything associated with the job is. Contributions on your own is considered a 1st amendment right, but when it crosses the line into official duties it becomes a Hatch Act violation.

Thanks.
All of these people were HIRED for their political affiliation!
Must be.

You don't think Kash would do anything?

I don't, but someone needs to tell me what to do.
Again, more evidence of egregious behavior knowingly and willingly violating Federal laws. Good post!
Should be Hatchet Act instead. We can use a hatchet on them. Haha.

Very nice.
That's odd. They're mostly supporting Democrats. 🙄
You expect different?
Just being sarcastic, fren.

I have no idea. Good question.
If you ever see anyone prosecuted for violating the Hatch Act I'd be interested in seeing the information.
