Nah, I'm sick of that racist BS, that is the same excuses the left use. Just stop taking the money in the first place, and stop trying to right all the wrongs of the past based on skin color. Money is taken from the hard working and given to the lazy. Get rid of, or severely limit welfare, and stop taking so much from hard working Americans (which elimination of personal income tax, seems to be an actual possibility now), and birth rates will fix themselves.
Throw in some bans for the nasty chemicals they put in our food to address the fertility/health side of this for good measure.

Funny how these chemicals don't hinder the fertility of non-whites. Stop deflecting from the real problem being the age when women start trying to have babies, fertility falls off fast after 30. Every big family I know of, including white families, they had their first kid by 22.
My wife had 4 kids between 35 and 43 yo.
