Im beginning to wonder if these vaccines for young children are designed to be used on white kids only?

Could be (nothing is beyond the realm of possibility with this evil), or maybe there's a harder push to jab white kids, or maybe white parents are more likely to be ok with and/or more likely to be "up-to-date" with their kids being jabbed.
