While that system may be good for some things, a number of Canadian acquaintances have loudly complained about waiting inordinately long times for ppointments and procedures (especually knee and hip replacements). According to them, it seems like Canadian Drs., only perform X number of procedures each year, so they tend to "front-end-load" their schedules, hit their nimbers early in the year and pretty much take the rest of the year off, thereby leaving (suffering) patients in the queue until sometime in the following year (if they aren't too far down the list).
The problem with all these immigrants is that they can't be counted on to defend their own liberty. Look at what they've allowed to happen to their homelands. I'd send that turtle right back to where he came from and let him wallow in the mess he helped create.

As a senior with cardiac issues from childhood, I appreciate the healthcare system we have also. It's unfortunate that it's being abused terribly.
