The "DMV" is the name of a department. The DMV did not register anyone to do anything. A person or persons employed by the DMV has registered illegals. Those people need to be charged with treason. We can't keep blaming organisation's for personal actions.

It was common practice in all blue states. It's been known for years and is party of the Cloward - Piven strategy that Obama and Hillary loved so much. The institutions have been involved for years and not just the DMV.
