I just asked Grok about it. It turns out that Texas allows pharmacies to dispense Ivermectin without a prescription, but it doesn't mandate it - it is at their discretion. Now I'm pissed. The Texas Board of Pharmacies is against Ivermectin and I think they are going to issue procedures to the pharmacies telling them not to distribute it without a prescription.

I do know local non-chain pharmacies will dispense it. I saw a local tv news article online that interviewed a local pharmacy owner who said they will keep it behind the counter and sell it. I bet the compounding pharmacies will do the same.
