Jurors Reveal the Absurd Reason Why Former DOJ Lawyer Who Threw Sandwich at Federal Officer was Found Not Guilty and Their React...
Jurors are speaking out about why they acquitted a leftist former DOJ attorney who assaulted a federal officer with a sandwich and their reactions during the trial.
Imagine throwing a sandwich at Subway employee because you're not happy with the service. 🤔
you would get arrested for assault
Ding.
LIKE IT OR NOT THAT IS ASSAULT. should have at least had to pay a fine or a day in jail
One day in jail would be a vacation for this guy, ya know , with the butt stuff and all
Name the jurors so we can all show them how non violent throwing sandwhiches is.
One juror said that many in the courtroom had trouble keeping a “straight face” during the proceedings, with many of them laughing. He added the case had no standing in their view because it was ‘just a sandwich.’
“I mean,” the juror said, “it was a thrown sandwich.”
Another juror added that Dunn supposedly knew that throwing the sandwich would not harm the officer.
“I thought we’d be out of there quickly. This case had no ‘grounding.’ He threw a sandwich at the agent because he knew it wouldn’t hurt,” the second juror stated. “A reasonable person wouldn’t think a sandwich is a weapon.”
This now exonerated former DOH lawyer needs to be met every morning as he leaves for work with a sandwich in the face!
I bet I can use common core math to equate the energy of a 115 grain, tiny, price of metal to the footlongs of energy transfered by the sandwich and therefore reference this case to help acquit a citizen that might "throw" a little piece of metal at a protester.
He threw the sandwich because that is what he had. He would have thrown a knife, gun, etc. if any were available.
Have these retards throw sandwiches at the president and let FAFO happen
