Good question. I've been my own doctor for over thirty years, and the only time I wasn't was due to a serious health condition. The meds that were prescribed made things worse so I got off them as fast as possible. Was even "fired" by the MD treating me. Went back to taking vitamins and supplements, eating a healthy diet, exercise etc.,. Do your own research and figure out what your body needs. It really isn't difficult.

Why ? Because they don't know anything about them.
It's also why many witches were burned many were just Herbalists and they couldn't have them being helpful.
Which is why their educations for a medical & healthcare degree must be reformed to include wellness & herbal cures.
