For your (question part): looks like copy and paste has mostly stopped working for me when it comes to posting links from at least certain places, like youtube, substack, well, a lot of the larger sites, and not just to GAW, but to youtube comments, to facebook, and several other places. So seems like something was done recently that is pretty widespread online problem now. But done just on the programming on some platforms, mostly from copying links to them as it seems to be...? Or is it something wider? Would that be possible? I don't know anything about programming or how precise it needs to be, like no idea if it would be possible to affect half of internet with something.
I think for substack it's an intentional limit so you can't just copy and paste the entire article. They annoyingly allow one paragraph at a time.
