Ok. Now, if you turned out just like those lowlifes, celebrated it even, who would be to blame?
You would. That's exactly the point! They may have picked up some of it from who they lived around, but the responsibility falls 100% on themselves.
I did move to west Philly in my youth. The environment didn’t change my behavior much. It did change my knowledge though. Between that and later living on a 90+% black block in Baltimore City, I was dispelled of suburban public school excuse-making.
