This is all theater, just a way of milking this story for more emotional engagement. I don't know the truth about what happened to Charlie, but I don't believe any of this kabuki nonsense.
I agree, fren. There are plenty (perhaps too many) rabbit holes regarding this case, that it’s kind of impossible to nail down a solid narrative to actually believe. That said, anything the TV tells me about this case is way too suspicious when we all know that bottom line, there are ghosts in every machine presented to us.
He's smiling because he knows he didn't do it, his buddies did it, and evidence will prove he wasn't the shooter and he they all get away with it. That's why the made him the patsy but deliberately left huge holes in the evidence.
Speaking of ‘walk’:
I want to see him walking in or out of the court room.
Rumor has it (arrest footage from a couple years ago - and ‘other’ confirmation of a paralysis condition) kaiser-soze has a permanent limp that is not present in the rooftop footage.
Keep an eye out for footage of him walking, no guarantees though.
I did see the footage of him from years ago. I obviously can’t vouch for authenticity, but I think it was foia’d bodycam stuff - not sure. Can’t recall where (4 chan?…IDK).

Ultimately, the yeras ago footage is inconclusive but left the ‘possibility’ door slightly cracked open.
But it kinda hit me then that we are ‘watching a show’ given the ballistics involved as well.
Thing is, at this point, I can’t write (imagine) a script where they ‘Trump et-al’ come out looking good. My thoughts are taking me in the other direction - where they will look like bad guys and so the MIL has to step in? IDK - getting crazy though.
