Agreed. Coming SCOTUS precedent (by next summer) will allow whatever action needed to be taken soon with permanent effect. Ruling will effectively be "there is no such thing as an 'independent Executive agency' established by Congress". Two violations: 1. No fourth branch is permitted, AND 2. Congress violates Sep of Powers doctrine. This nukes them all, including FR contract. We already have restrictions on "delegation of gov't authority to private entities", and that attempted Deep State backup will get nuked as well by SCOTUS.
